Flexible inventory
Stock undecorated packaging separately from printed labels.

Self-adhesive bottle and container labels that support changing products and artwork.
Using undecorated bottles with separately stocked labels can reduce the need to scrap printed containers when ingredients, formulations, regulatory wording or artwork change.
Labels can be applied closer to filling or distribution, helping reduce packaging inventory risk and making product updates more manageable. It is a practical alternative to committing all packaging artwork to screenprinted bottles.

Stock undecorated packaging separately from printed labels.
Replace affected labels instead of disposing of otherwise usable preprinted containers.
Choose film, paper and adhesive for the container, contents and handling conditions.
Packaging stock and printed artwork can move at different speeds. Keeping them separate can reduce the cost of changing a product.
When ingredients, claims, regulatory wording or a fragrance change, it may be possible to change only the required labels instead of scrapping preprinted bottles.
Standard undecorated bottles can be stocked centrally. Different product labels are then applied when the filling or distribution schedule becomes clear.
Clear PP with strong opaque-white printing, coloured films, papers and hot foil can create convincing decoration. Bottle geometry, oils, water, squeeze behaviour and adhesive compatibility must be tested.
